Fee-waived adoptions are back during BISSELL Pet Foundation's Empty the Shelters event, July 5 through July 26. Thanks to the generous support of BISSELL Pet Foundation, adoption fees will be waived for available dogs and cats at all Riverside County shelter locations. With our shelters over capacity, this event is an opportunity to help more pets find loving homes while creating space for animals still waiting for their chance.
