In observance of Juneteenth our shelters will be closed on Friday June 19, 2026. Our call center will also be closed during this timeframe. All incoming calls will go to the after-hours line. For emergencies, call (951) 358-7387. Regular business hours will resume on Saturday, June 20.
If you are impacted by the Shore Fire you can take small animals to the Care and Reception Center located at Valley View High School in Moreno Valley. Large animals can be taken to the San Jacinto Valley Animal Campus.

Join RivCo dogs at PetSmart on June 27 and bring home a new member of the family. We will be at the PetSmart located at 2153 W. Florida Ave, from 10 a.m. to 2 p.m. for the PetSmart Charities Adopt Joy Event. Adoption fees are waived, and every adoption includes spay/neuter surgery, vaccinations, a microchip, and an engraved ID tag at no cost.
