Empty the Shelters Adoption Event Sponsored by the BISSELL Pet Foundation

PLEASE NOTE:  Shelter hours vary by location, please see location hours below.

The Riverside County Department of Animal Services is proud to partner with the BISSELL Pet Foundation for the nationwide Empty the Shelters event.

From May 1 through May 17, adoption fees are sponsored by the BISSELL Pet Foundation. That means, adoptions are free!

Every adopted pet is:

• Spayed or neutered
• Vaccinated
• Microchipped
• Receives an engraved name tag

Tuesday through Friday: 11 a.m. to 6 p.m.
Saturday & Sunday 10 a.m. to 4 p.m.
Closed Mondays & Holidays

Hours for Blythe Animal Shelter:
Monday-Friday 10:00 a.m.-4:00 p.m.
Closed for lunch from 12:00 p.m.-1:00 p.m.
Closed Saturday, Sundays & Holidays
