Volunteers Train with Animal Services Officers for Emergency Response

On Saturday, a unique group of volunteers trained and were certified to assist Riverside County animal control officers during emergency responses. The team is called the Riverside Emergency Animal Rescue System (REARS) and members will one day provide valuable help during large scale events, such as wildfires.
