As part of PetSmart Charities National Adoption Week, Riverside County Department of Animal Services will be bringing adoptable dogs into the community for a series of in-store adoption events. These events give potential adopters the chance to meet dogs outside of the shelter in a more relaxed, everyday setting and see their personalities up close.

Staff and volunteers will be on-site to introduce available pets, answer questions, and help guide you through the adoption process. It’s a great opportunity to connect with a dog in a more natural environment and find the right fit for your home.

Adoptions are completely free during these events, making it the perfect time to give a shelter dog a second chance. We will be at PetSmart, 8852 Washington Blvd, Pico Rivera, CA 90660, from 10 a.m. - 2 p.m. Stop by and meet some really good dogs who would love to go home with you.
