Empty the Shelters September 18 through September 30

Adoption fees drop to $70 or less during BISSELL Pet Foundation's Empty the Shelters event, September 18 through September 30. Thanks to the generous support of BISSELL Pet Foundation, adoption fees will be reduced for available dogs and cats at select Riverside County shelter locations. With our shelters over capacity, this event is an opportunity to help more pets find loving homes while creating space for animals still waiting for their chance.
